ABOUT THIS WINE
This delicate sparkling wine with flavours of peach and citrus and a fine mousse, is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes hand-picked from our vineyard in late September 2017.
Produced using the ‘methode champenoise,’ this sparkling wine has been through two fermentations. The second taking place in the bottle where sugar and yeast are added to convert sugar to alcohol and carbon dioxide (the bubbles!).
Notes: Alcohol 11%, Acidity 8.7g/L, Residual sugar <8.5g/L. Also available to buy in our vineyard Wine Shop.
