ABOUT THIS WINE
This sparkling white wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked from our own estate in October 2022.
Made using the classic bottle fermentation method, it has pale straw colour with hints of green and a lively effervescence. With a delicate floral brioche, and almond-like characters on the nose, it's creamy palate gives a beautifully textured and balanced acidity leading to a long finish. ABV 12%
